My name is Sheree Wood and I am a Senior Exercise Physiologist at The Next Steps.
I first came across The Next Step on a placement during my Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, which I graduated in 2017. I started my journey at The Next Step in 2017 and fell in love with the family and fun vibe of The Next Step, as well as the close bonds that are formed. Neurological rehabilitation has always been a passion of mine as it is always changing and different every day. I enjoy researching new and exciting exercises to allow my clients to have the most beneficial and engaging therapy possible. I thoroughly enjoy that I have the opportunity to make lasting changes to both my client’s and my client’s families lives and see them reclaim their independence.
The Next Step has a unique ability to welcome everyone and work as a team to support everyone in achieving their goals, which I believe is one of the many things that make The Next Step special.
Outside of TNS I love to play sport, Soccer and Softball. I have been playing both sports for multiple years at a range of levels from social to national level. On most long weekends you will find me somewhere in the Victoria High Country 4wding and camping with friends and my two dogs Bell and Zoe.
