My name is Michelle Donoghue and I am a Remedial Massage Therapist & Aromatherapist.

I bring 20 years of tactile and complementary therapy experience to TNS and have been providing massage to the athletes, staff and carers for over 4 years now.

After completing my studies in massage therapy, I furthered my studies at the Melbourne College of Natural Medicine (Endeavour College) gaining qualifications in Aromatherapy and Herbal Medicine. I am currently expanding that knowledge in the studies of Myotherapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage & Myotherapy and will complete my advanced diploma in 2020.

With a passion for all things natural, I also makes and sell a range of aromatherapy products under my label ‘Synaroma’. A caring, nurturing and intuitive individual, I believe a holistic approach to healing, incorporating mind, body and soul promotes good health and creates general wellbeing. “To have the ability to ease muscular pain, tension and increase range of motion for clients is both empowering and humbling, their trust and gratitude is the ultimate in job satisfaction!”

As the sole parent to my 12 year old daughter Anique and an animal lover, home is where her heart is! We reside on our 40 acre hobby farm in the hills of Kilmore along with out menagerie of ponies, dogs, cats, chooks, cows and sheep. Conscious of my carbon footprint, I have planted over a thousand trees (and still planting) on the property and I am in the process of becoming a bee keeper already registering my new business venture ‘The Buzy Beez Company’, hoping to produce organic beeswax and incorporate it in my range of massage, body and lip ‘balmz’.

An avid cook, I love to cook up a storm for my family and friends using home grown ingredients or produce from the local farmers markets. I also find bushwalking, yoga, meditation, massages and travel are well worth investing in for ‘time out’ of my busy schedule and the emersion of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.
