• Role: Grade 4 Allied Health Assistant
Services provided for TNS: Exercise Delivery for Exercise Physiologist’s programs for clinical populations.

About TNS

What do you find is the most rewarding about your role at TNS?
The most fulfilling aspect of my work at TNS is witnessing clients make strides in their programs. Being present on reassessment days to compare their initial status with their progress six months later is particularly gratifying. Moreover, the meaningful connections we cultivate with clients as we actively engage with them in the clinic each week add an extra layer of reward to my experience.

What inspires you most about your work?

Having a front-row view of clients not only achieving but surpassing their set goals is truly inspirational. Witnessing the impact of our efforts at TNS in fostering growth, improvement, and positive life changes is exceptionally motivating for me.

Get To Know Lenny

Meet Lenny, a creature of morning habits with a love for protein oats. Despite being branded a fussy eater, he’s stuck to his morning routine for as long as he can remember. Lenny, aspiring to broaden his communication skills, plans on learning sign language soon.

Weekends for Lenny are a mix of controversial delights – filling hours with work and indulging in the outdoors, hiking on or off the beaten track. He recently immersed himself in the chills of a Swedish horror story named STALLO, a bedtime recommendation only for the brave.

Lenny’s screen time is dominated by The Boys, Game of Thrones, and his current binge-watch, Invincible. A Bronx Tale tops his movie list. Instagram is his go-to social platform, fueld by a probably excessive coffee intake. His household includes a Maltase cross Pomeranian and a stray cat in the process of becoming a forever friend.

This morning enthusiast, loyal supporter of Melbourne Victory, Birmingham City F.C., and the mighty Saints, finds solace in Amsterdam’s charm. Lenny’s passion for exercise and the gym defines him, guided by an optimistic mindset. Mindfulness, a few beers at the local pub, and the Gandhian mantra, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world,” hold special places in his heart.

Grunge Rock and Techno beats accompany Lenny’s adventures, whether at the gym, on hikes, or engaging in his favourite pastimes of photo and video editing, and camping. Completing his bachelor’s degree and embracing the role of an uncle stand out as Lenny’s proudest achievements.
