Meet Simone, an Italian cuisine enthusiast with a penchant for pasta and gelato. She’s fluent in Italian and adores sewing and sharing moments with her best friend. During the AFL season, you’ll find her cheering for the Collingwood Magpies.
Simone recently explored “The Resilience Project” and enjoys escaping through novels like “Verity” by Colleen Hoover. Her all-time favourite series is “FRIENDS,” and she’s currently into “Virgin River.”
A dedicated Facebook user, Simone enjoys both coffee and tea. She shares her life with two charming puppies, Leo and Max. She’s a night owl and an avid Collingwood Magpies fan in the AFL.
Simone’s favourite travel spots are Bali and Italy. She’s passionate about taking care of her loved ones and values her honesty and empathy. Her three daughters and granddaughter hold her heart.
Simone is up for new experiences, especially holidays. Fun fact: she’s a twin and a grandmother.
Her guiding motto is “You choose the action, you choose the consequence.” Simone’s music tastes lean toward 80s and 90s classics, with a soft spot for Keith Urban.
Her most significant accomplishment is raising three caring daughters. She enjoys sewing, quilting, and embroidery, relishes footy games, and cherishes time with her girls and bestie. Gin and wine add flavour to her life’s joys.
