What inspired you to join The Next Step team?
I completed my first placement of my master’s degree at TNS and really enjoyed my time here. It was a welcoming and supportive environment to work in and learn, with a great team culture. Working with the clients here was really rewarding, and being part of their progress in such a meaningful environment inspired me to join the team.
What gets you out of bed in the mornings?
Working toward something meaningful — both for myself and for others. I enjoy being part of someone’s journey as they build confidence and strength, and I’m motivated by chasing goals and stacking up the small wins along the way.

I help our athletes most when I can show them progress they might not notice themselves. I help build a plan that feels achievable so they can build confidence.
The part of your day at TNS that makes you smile the most
Having a laugh, chatting with everyone who walks through the door and seeing them chip away at their goals. It’s the mix of good conversations and small wins that makes it such a great place to be.
