  • What inspired me to work for TNS: My nursing carer has been working with people with Neurogenic conditions. TNS share my passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
  • Previous work experience: My nursing carer started at The Austin Hospital (19 years on the Spinal unit) and then into the community. I have been working as the Coloplast continence nurse (Victoria and Tasmania) for the past 2 years.

What do you find is the most rewarding about your role at TNS?

The most rewarding aspect of my role at TNS is meeting new people and helping them achieve better bladder and bowel continence, health, and confidence.

What are some of the positive impacts you notice your work has on participants?

Some of the positive impacts I notice from my work at TNS include giving participants the confidence to engage in their exercise programs with reduced concern for bladder and/or bowel incontinence.

What do you love most about working at TNS?

Has to be the environment, the friendly chats, and the opportunity to meet amazing people.


Get To Know Sara


Meet Sara, an early riser who embraces caffeine’s magic, enjoying both coffee and tea. Her nurturing spirit shines in raising two beautiful daughters, rooted in a deep love for family and kindness, believing in their transformative power.

With three dogs and two cats, Sara is a devoted fur baby enthusiast. She modestly leaves her best personality trait for others to define.

On weekends, Sara immerses in nature and new coffee shops, often with her husband and daughters.

Niccolo Ammaniti’s “I’m Not Scared” is a recent literary treasure. Though not a dedicated TV viewer, she enjoys moments watching the “Wednesday” series with her daughter. Her cinematic heart treasures “Mary Poppins” and “Cinderella.”

Sara’s musical taste is eclectic, and she dabbles in a bit of everything. She’s not a die-hard sports fan, but AFL and cricket hold a place in her heart. Queenstown, New Zealand, tops her favourite travel destinations.

Sara values meaningful conversations and is always up for coffee catch-ups and long walks.

Being a twin adds an intriguing facet to her identity. Her guiding motto is “Have courage and be kind.”
